Mr Shopper legit or ****? Waiting to see
I'm so disappointed and angry. I ordered on 27 November a TV as I donated my TV to someone in need. Order number 42008. I was advised I will get delivery 7 December then when I checked online the date changed to 12 December. I sent multiple emails, and managed to get through to Archie who called me back to advised me of the challenges the company has been having but promised me I will get my delivery by Saturday yet no delivery, no call with feedback why, no new date confirmed, no waybill number. I'm so angry and wondering why the website is still activated as if this is a legitimate company. Can someone PLEASE PLWASE PLEASE TELL ME IF AND WHEN I WILL BE RECEIVING MY TV?

21 Dec 2020, 22:26Hi Vanja, we are sorry for the delayed delivery on your order. We currently experiencing a high volume of support tickets and a backlog on deliveries. This order has not been collected yet by courier and will only be picked from our warehouse tomorrow 22/12/20. Your order will be shipped from Gauteng and can only get in Western Cape within 3 days. We apologise for inconvenience caused.

31 Dec 2020, 06:19So I received an email saying the TV will be delivered on 30 December and guess what ... no TV I can't understand how this company is allowed to still be online if it is a ****. Its so sad to think you still have these types of ****s on such a high degree that steel from people who work so hard for there money.
I'm at a loss for words and this is the very same people that told me delivery will happen by 7th then by 12th then by 22nd and then by 30th December but guess what no delivery. No communication, just lies I'm so angry.

So I received an email saying the TV will be delivered on 30 December and guess what ... no TV I can't understand how this company is allowed to still be online if it is a ****.
