Mr Shopper - late delivery and no customer service

What a nightmare! The worst thing I did was to buy from Mr Shopper. I bought a tv from Mr Shopper online on the 6th November 2020, I received an email that delivery would be done on the 13th November, that did not happen and there was no communication. I tried calling several times with no luck. I eventually got hold of someone who promised me the delivery would be made the following, I am still waiting. On the 6th December 2020, I received another update that delivery would be done within 3-4 days, it is now the 24th December 2020 and still no delivery. On this communication they said I had an option to cancel the order, if I am struggling to get the delivery imagine the battle it would be for me to get my refund back. And so I will just wait until the day they decide to deliver, otherwise this is MY FIRST and MY LAST ORDER from Mr Shopper. The service is just shocking!!!
