Mr Shopper lack of respect to customers.

I bought sewing machine from MR shopper on 14 January 2021 and they promised to deliver on 25 January 2021,I waited till that date with update what so ever and they never delivered next thing they update my order with new delivery day and I sent the email to reject new delivery and requested refund but I never received any confirmation or reply on my email I then used their online chat that takes forever to respond and they give me the email address that I must use to request the refund even now there is no respond/confirmation of my refund. even today 02/02/2021 I have not received anything (the item/refund nothing and I think they are ****s) MR Shopper is so bad they are unprofessional and they do not respect the customers, we really need the intervention of Consumer protection.
