Mr shopper just ****m people out of there hard earned money

Ive ordered and paid for a filter cartridge the first week of January already. After second e-mail they send me to say theres a delay I havent heard from them since then, that was in February already. Ive asked for a refund and up until now are still waiting for it. I wont be able to use the filter cartridge because summer is over and I recently removed my blow up pool.
