Mr Shopper is USELESS!! Ridiculous Service!!

Worst service ever recieved! You can never get hold of them, they change delivery dates like they please and they don't stick to arrangements made! Order place on the 25th of November, and we are still waiting for delivery which was originally arranged for the 4th of December. Date was then changed to the 8th and today is the 15th of December and we still have not recieved our order. Doesn't help you try and phone them as they simply do not answer any phone calls... Track number for delivery recieved from Pelican Express and delivery progress has been at 35% since Saterdag the 12th!!! Ridiculous service! Worst customer experience ever! DO NOT make use of Mr Shopper, they are USELESS!!!
