Mr Shopper is the worst company for service ever.

I have had the worst service imaginable from this company. I placed an order on the 6th November 2020. It was scheduled to be delivered with 5 - 7 days. When I enquired where my order was I was informed it would be delivered either that day or the next, this was the 11th Nov. When I enquired again I was informed that they never had stock and someone should have told me. Brenan Shaka then told me that they would keep me up to date as to when they would get stock and when I would get my order, which never happened. I am still yet to hear back from him. I eventually asked for a refund and on the 8th December I was told this is been processed and I would be refunded in full. It is now the 24th December 2020 and I have still not had my refund. My emails go unanswered, my live chats get ignored. Disgusting service and I actually just don't have any words left in how a company can behave in this manner and clearly not actually give a dam about clients or even there reputation for that matter.
