Mr Shopper is broke!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I just received an email from Payfast that they have no money in their account to give me my refund! I am now going to take legal action against them as they now have ****** over R3000 from me. I ordered in December and have not received my 2x desks and now I can't even get a refund.
