Mr Shopper is BAD NEWS

Ordered a washing machine as a wedding gift to my son and daughter in law on 11 January and asked for it to be delivered to them on 2 February...to date no delivery. It's been embarrassing to keep informing them on the changes in delivery dates. Last reschedule was for 4 March but no delivery took place and no correspondence from Mr Shopper. I am now really stressed after reading others reviews on this company as I cannot afford to fork out more money to buy another machine. Surely this company cannot just get away with de*****ing us like this.
