Mr Shopper is a ****. Orders are paid for, but not delivered!

My order was placed 19 January. It was supposed to be delivered 30 January and then again 9 February. Just before 9 February I was informed of another delay of 9 days. It should have been delivered by now, but no update and no feedback when I ask via email or chat. when I call the support nr I am always nr 6 in the q and when I get to the front, there is no answer. I think this site is a **** and they have taken my money and I will never see the items I ordered
