Mr shopper is a ****!!! I want my money back

I'm so upset. Been waiting for my order that was scheduled to have been delivered on the 24th. I've since been waiting at home, could not go anywhere. Till today the 28th they've said nothing. They don't respond to calls, emails even the chat on their website but they are quick to take my money. I want refund since you are not going to deliver.
