Mr Shopper is a ****!
I'm so defeated as I write this. I wish I had done more research on this company. Our washing machine has not arrived and after going to the ends of the earth to find a contactable number for them, I still have no joy. I was sent a bogus email with a tracking number which led me to Pelican Express Courier. When I tried tracking my order online, it reflected someone else's details. When I called, the lady could not trace my order at all. She promised to call me 30 minutes later and of course she never did. I'm planning to go to their address in Midrand and praying that it actually exists. I feel so stupid. My money is gone.

We have communicated with you numerous times informing you that your order would be delivered on the 05/11. This order was scheduled for delivery by 13H00 today which is the expected delivery date. Kindly accept our apologies that we could not meet your expectations and we have fully refunded you.

05 Dec 2020, 10:43This is not true. I have been the one trying to communicate with you about my order. Your 086 number was never answered, until I tried the cellphone number. Our order was supposed to arrive on 03/12, I have a screenshot from my invoice. It's so bizarre how you are able to promptly reply to bad Twitter and hellopeter reviews, but cannot put the customer at ease about the status of their order which they paid for. It's also misleading that you say you have refunded us, because I am still waiting. I will come back here once the refund has been actioned.
