Mr Shopper IS A ****. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst online shop to ever exist. I placed my order and paid directly using PayFast on their website on the 21st of December 2020. My order never came, when I called to enquire they told me to send proof of payment. I have never heard of a proof of payment for an online transaction, but I anyway sent them my bank statement to show them the transaction. I also contacted PayFast and they confirmed that the payment cleared on the 21st of December. Every time I call Mr Shopper, I get put through to a number that's on voicemail. I have been calling for three weeks straight with no proper answer. I spoke to Archie from payments who told me that he has forwarded my proof of payment to the relevant department and that my order will be released as it is currently on hold. Three weeks later and my order is still on hold. I also spoke to Lisa who just keeps taking my number and never calls back. This company is a ****. I no longer even need the item that I had ordered. I have been ****MED by Mr Shopper.
