Mr Shopper is a ****

I placed an order with mr shopper on the 10th of December, a 10ft Bounceking Trampoline, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our 3 year old daughter. Delivery was scheduled for the 23rd of December, i'm still waiting. I'm so mad!! I sent several emails, tried to phone.. Just to get no response out of this company!! Their service is poor, if i could give them a zero star rating I would have! I want my money back!! Even tried to cancel the order cause we bought a trampoline at Makro and i don't want doubles. Mr Shopper is a **** and they are *****ING from people!! DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM.
