Mr Shopper is a ****, beware!!

Don't buy from Mr Shopper, ever! Poor communication and terrible service. It is a ****. Be warned. I ordered a freestanding swimming pool. It was supposed to arrive on Friday 20 November. Never received it. After struggling to get hold of Mr Shopper via phone, I was told that the swimming pool would be delivered the next day, Saturday 21 November. It never arrived. After numerous phone calls and e-mails to both Mr Shopper and Pelican Express, the courier company who was supposed to deliver the swimming pool, someone from Mr Shopper phoned me, after seeing my e-mails. He said that they were having problems with Pelican Express and that he would send a swimming pool to me immediately, so that I receive it before Friday (tomorrow), but that he will keep me updated on the progress of the delivery. Still no communication or delivery. It has been 2 weeks and no swimming pool. It is a ****. Stay clear. Don't buy anything from Mr Shopper. I will be reporting this to the Police too.
