Mr Shopper is a ****

They have a really responsive website which will have you thinking that they know what they are doing. i ordered items on the 30th of october and i received a confirmation email. delivery was set for the 07th of november which is understandable. i received a call on the day and they asked to reschedule for monday coz of time constraints and i agreed. monday i called Mr shopper and they kept hanging up the phone, i called several times and was put on hold all the time. i kept calling till today with no assistance, its good that there are start up companies breaking through out there however we its best to stick with the reputable companies which are reliable.
