Mr Shopper is a ****
I ordered a number of items from Mr Shopper, after making the payment it said the order has been canceled. I queried this on their whatsapp and all I got was some automated response saying " Due to high volumes it may take us a little while to connect you to an available WhatsApp helper but will respond as soon as possible." No one got back to me.. A week later the order cannot be found in the system.. I am not sure anymore if this Mr Shopper is real or a **** but I am going to take action..

06 Dec 2020, 19:13Hi Xongi, our system crashed on the 29th and 30th of November and we have back up for all orders of the 2 dates. Kindly provide your order number and we will assist you with the details of your order. All the orders on that date will be delivered on 10th or the 11th December.

08 Dec 2020, 20:21I am still waiting for feedback. I sent an email requesting for a refund, which to my surprise there was a response. Since yesterday I have asked just how long the refund will take to be processed, there has been no response. I cannot understand why the customer service is so bad.. I will escalate the matter to the Consumer and Goods Ombuds if I don't get my refund . This is absolutely terrible.. Don't be lured by the cheap prices, the customer service sucks. None of the contact details provided works.
