MR SHOPPER IS A ****!!!!

After multiple calls and emails i still haven't received a response from Mr Shopper and my item still has not been delivered. To be ****med right in the middle of a pendamic when money is already an issue is so heartbreaking. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother. I am so disappointed. Theu dont even reply to my refund request. I am beyond disgusted with this company and shame on you.
