Mr Shopper is a ****!

Mr Shopper is a ****. Order was placed and payed on the 21st of November and scheduled for delivery in the 30th of November. I have called 3 times and after holding on for 25 minutes after beign transferred to the person who deals with this. Also emailed them twice. This was a Christmas present and us way too late. Still no response from them.
