MR Shopper is a ****!!

I placed my order for Huggies diapers on 28th December 2020. Mr.shopper never delivered my parcel on 7th January 2021 as indicated on their invoice. I asked them to cancel the order since I was moving out of my apartment. I requested a refund but until today 12th March 2021, I have never received any communication from them. I am frustrated because they don't reply to my emails and calls.
