Mr Shopper is a ****!!

Guys beware of Mr Shopper, it is 100% a ****! Same story as most reviewers, I ordered my Apple Airpods Pro (order# 42139) on 27 Nov and was given a delivery date of 10 Dec. I'm writing on 22 Dec and absolutely nothing, not even a phonecall to explain and the guy on the chatbot doesn't respond and they never pick up the phone. They claim the package is with Pelican Express, this is another ****! and they give you a tracking number to a product that never moves from its location. Pelican's phone is also never answered, nor are any of their emails. Learn from me and others guys, avoid the allure of their attractive prices, it's all ****.
