MR SHOPPER IS A ****

Mr Shopper as far as I am concerned edges on a ****. Pls do not buy anything from them online. On 02 Dec 2020 I ordered and paid for a trampoline , order #43151 with Mr Shopper on-line. It was supposed to be delivered by 16 Dec 2020. To date and after several enquiries, the goods are still not delivered, even after I have been told on 18 Dec that it would be delivered on 22 Dec 2020. This item was intended for my grandson as it was his birthday on 22 Dec 2020. I have never experienced such bad service and after sales service in my life. There online responses is automated and if they call you, it is with empty promises. I have requested a refund, given them my banking details, but nothing has happened to date. I am now going to lay a formal ***** charge against them at the SAPS. Stephan
