Mr Shopper is a ****

I am totally disappointed with Mr shopper. I placed an order online on 18.01.2021 and made payment immediately. I received an email to say they have received my payment and are processing the order. Delivery date was expected to be made by 26.01.2021. To date i have still not received my purchase. I have sent numerous email but only received an automated reply stating they are experiencing delays but someone will get back to me. 2 months later and still no feedback. I have tried calling their number listed on the website but it goes to voicemail. I also laid a ***** case with their bank, FNB. i received notification that the supplier was experiencing a backlog of orders but i will receive my goods by cob on 29.03.2021. its the 9th April today and i have still not received the goods.
