Mr Shopper is a ***** and a ****!!!!!! Never buy from Mr Shopper

I ordered 2 items at Mr Shopper on the 26 November 2020. The delivery date was the 03 December 2020. I got a call from the courier company on the 03 December 2020 to let me know that my order is on the way. Today is the 19 December 2020, I have still not received my order, none of the numbers for either Mr Shopper or the courier company go through.

On the courier link I received, the tracking percentage has been sitting at 79% since the 05 December 2020 meaning that I might receive the parcel in 2022 if I am lucky. I no longer want the items anymore, I want my money back.

Their service is ********** and despicable. I would encourage anyone going through the same experience to also lodge a complaint with the Ombuds for consumer goods and services.
