Mr Shopper - How to get your money back

If I could leave a negative rating I would, this is the worst place to buy online ever! The worst, even those sketchy overseas stores are better because atleast they deliver. So I also order the PS4 bundle in Dec 2020, they promised to deliver by 4th of Jan so I was like ok it's a bit long but I will wait. Well days and weeks passed, no communication from them, when I contact them I get cold unprofessional responses from their "support team". Good lord that is the most dysfunctional company ever and should be closed! To cut a long story short, I asked for a refund, gave them my bank details, they also could not process that! Imagine. So to everyone who has lost money to these ******: Simply go to your bank, and tell them you want to launch a chargeback. They will give you a form to fill in, on the form explain all the details and the amount owed. I got my money back within 1 week and a half whereas these *******s couldn't even process a refund. To anyone who is reading this review, Pleaseeee stay away from Mr Shopper!
