Mr Shopper, horrible service, DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

I placed an order for microwave on 27th November 2020, my order number is #42027. Tracking order delivery date was 10th December 2020 but nothing was delivered. I have called their call centre and sent countless emails and they just ignoring my mails and their call centre number keeps me on hold. Their online chat no one responds. I am disappointed with this horrible service and would not advise anyone to buy their products. I will be reporting this matter to CGSO as this is unacceptable.
