Mr Shopper - Horrible customer service and communication
Took very long to receive a call that parcel is out for delivery. Now almost a week since call and no delivery. Emails not responded to, calls going to voicemail, website chat no response. Absolutely impossible to get hold of, no communication and no way of finding out where parcel is. caveat emptor! If you decide to buy something from them.
