MR SHOPPER HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is by far the worst online store ever, i made an order on the 27th November 2020 paid the money instantly and was told Delivery would be made on the 5th which the changed when i got confirmation email of the order that it would be delivered on the 10th December 2020, it is now the 10th and i haven't received my order, no responses on all their platforms, to make things worse you call but when you are through after holding and being told you are caller number 6 no1 can assist the line goes through an extension and you should leave a voice message.

This is really UPSETTING, MR SHOPPER SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR MAYBE THEY ARE **********.

MY ORDER IS 42390 CAN SOMEONE MAKE SURE I GET BOTH MY FRIDGE AND WASHING MACHINE I MEAN I PAID SAME DAY.
