Mr shopper gives me the worst experience...

I am having the worst experience with Mr shopper. I ordered the ps 4 online on the 24th of November 2020 which was supposed to be delivered to me by 22th December i haven't received it as yet. After many phone calls I decided to have it canceled so i told them I wanted a refund now as its over a month. They said it will be done within 7 days, this was on the 13th of January. I am still waiting i call them every day. I spoke to Archie, Abbygail and Kim. I hope Abbygail does assist now because it's becoming very frustrating this was supposed to be a Christmas gift....
