Mr Shopper - EXTREMELY POOR service!!!!

I have ordered from Mr Shopper on the 30th of November and still haven't received the goods and today is the 14th of December. You cannot get through on the phones, no one is coming back to you on the chat and also no one is coming back to you on email. I have used all 3 communication methods with no luck. The service is extremely POOR!!!
