Mr Shopper empty promises

I placed an order on the 18th of January and they failed to deliver till I decided to cancel the order on the 18th of February and requested the refund and their accounts department sent me an email confirming that I'll receive my money on the 25th of February. I did some follow ups this week and I was told I'll get my money in 3 equal payment from today but they fail to stick to their promise as usual. I'm opening the ***** case tomorrow can we all do that please.
