Mr. Shopper Drama

I've placed an order with Mr. Shopper on 08 January 2021 with a delivery date of 16 January 2021 (yes it's a Saturday; I should have known); Immediately after payment the delivery date changed to 21 January 2021; today is the 16th of February 2021 and no delivery from Mr. Shopper. I'm so disappointed; after I've been informed that my parcel is already with the couriers I've realized that it's just stories and I've requested a refund; to date, I haven't received my order or my money back. Also, my emails aren't being answered any longer. I would still accept the order but If that cannot be delivered ASAP I want my money back!
