Mr Shopper dragging with my delivery fee refund

I got tired of waiting for their delivery. And decided to go to their warehouse in Midrand to collect my order. Luckily the lady there helped me and I left with my order. I am not sure when I would have received it if I didn’t go collect it myself. Now I want them to pay me back my delivery fee and they are dragging with the payment
