Mr Shopper don't deliver

I wish I could rate with Zero or less. Made the mistake to believe in an online shop, without checking reviews! Ordered and paid on 27 Dec 2020 and still no sign of delivery ('updated' to 28 Jan 2021). Support tickets don't get answered except for ("Thank you for getting in touch. We’re currently experiencing high volume of support tickets, and it may take us a while, but we're working on your request—hang tight! We will get back to you within 8 business hours (Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm" - YEAH RIGHT). Phone calls drop after waiting to be 'number one in line.'
