Mr Shopper doesn't deliver!

On 1 Dec 2020, I purchased a Samsung A51 cellphone [Order #42856] and the funds went off my credit card immediately with delivery date shown as 12 Dec 2020. When I heard nothing from Mr Shopper by the scheduled delivery date, I enquired on their website online and they cited delivery backlogs. Then they changed delivery date to 21 January 2021. After several phone calls and online inquiries - NO ONE - responds or updates you. So I am out of pocket of R4869 and no cellphone delivered yet - 4 months later!!!! The last time I managed to check in March - they still had delivery date as 21 Jan 2021. I also requested a refund online should the product not be available but to NO avail. Just no one responds or gives feedback which is totally ********* leading me to believe that this business is a *****! and the site should be blocked and widely reported !!! BEWARE!
