Mr. Shopper does not deliver - I wonder if they have the goods that they advertise in stock.

I am very disappointed with Mr. Shopper. I placed and order on the 24th of November which they indicated on my order summary that I would receive on the 5th of December. To my surprise I got a call from one of their agents on the 5th of December saying that my order is out for delivery I would receive it soon, She was not sure when. How long can it possibly take to move an item between Pretoria and Randburg? They have been quiet since then and they are not answering their phones or responding to emails.
