Mr Shopper does not deliver

After placing my order 24 January 2021, it was stated that my order would be delivered on 5 February. I have been trying to get hold of Mr Shopper since 6 February via telephone and email with nothing but no response and calls going through to an automated voicemail service. Your customer service and call center is utter ******* and you really need to jack this up. I am starting to feel as though Mr Shopper is nothing but a **** website.
