Mr Shopper - disgusted

Appalling, we have not received Kids Xmas presents ordered in November 2020, Difficult to explain to children. it is now mid February 2021. Numerous phone calls and no answer, many messages on the chat and promises of a waybill number which was never sent. No communication from Mr Shopper other than promising to deliver in various dates and never appear. I have no idea how to proceed or get our hard earned money back, and see their website still up making promises they have no intention of keeping.
