Mr Shopper Disappointing Big Time

Absolutely ******* company. I have been in business for 20years and have never received service like this. I have phoned them more than 30 times in the last 6 day only to be told after waiting for more than 40 minutes that the person at the extension number is not available and to leave a message and hang up. I have sent emails. I have sent messages on the messaging system. All of this still no answer and I have not yet received my order. Discussed.
