Mr Shopper delivery system sucks

This review would have been positive, but due to your *********** delivery system, I can't give you a great review. It took a month to replace my broken Phillips blender. I would have liked Phillips to be so *********** with their service as it took almost 10 days to replace the broken item. What infuriated me was the fact that the Mr Shopper delivery company took 9 days to deliver my replacement blender. I delivered it to Pelican Express in Murryfields, it would have been nice to pick it up in the same place. Mr Shopper needs to look at another delivery company because the one they currently use sucks
