Mr Shopper delivery promise

Mr Shopper made me wait at home all day because an item would be delivered anytime before 5pm today! I had to pay for the delivery because you didn't let me pick it up like Sunday. Even though Sunday was full I only had 1 person running around to find the packages ... I waited 30 minutes but at least it was successful. You only brought the package at 7.30pm when I was having dinner with my family. I could have gone about my day and not wait
