Mr Shopper. Delivery of gasbraai

I am now gatvol with mr Shopper. ordered and paid for gasbraai on 7 January 2021, received delivery note for 15 January, no delivery, contact them, received a call on 17 January 2021, promised delivery on 23 January 2021, no delivery. Sent email on 24 January, automatic reply, nothing further sofar. Worst online company that I've used, usually delivery between 3 -5 days. Waiting for the gasbraai, but will never use them again
