Mr. Shopper deliveries

My husband placed an online order with Mr. Shopper in the beginning of December, he was phoned weekly with update on the deliver, however unfortunately the date of delivery was moved out a few times. We saw the bad reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke to a consultant beginning of this week after phoning their customer call center, and was surprised that I did not have to hold on a long time and Brendon took it upon himself to make sure the delivery of our order is done still in this week. I did receive the order this morning well in tacked and with very friendly service from the Courier company, The Courier guy. In the current life we live everything is a rush and we forget they are human too, then we give up to quickly. thank you Brendon and Mr Shopper, I hope you use this as a learning curve to up your game with delivery times.
