MR SHOPPER

Placed an order with them beginning of December '20. They said it would be delivered before Christmas and it was not! Then cancelled the order beginning January '21 and they said they would refund the money. THen they asked for banking details which I gave them. Still nothing. My husband called them and they said that they would put the money back in on the 12/2/21. I have checked both my husband's and my accounts and still nothing!!! I am now tired of trying to get the money back. It is over R3 000-00 of my money that they have been sitting with since the beginning of December.
