Mr Shopper .co.za

I bought a swimming pool online on the 9th of January 2021. I paid R5000 have not received a call, my calls go unanswered and I have attempted to call both tel numbers provided on the website over 30 times. The emails merely receive generic responses and the bot on the website always says 'Hi there, I will follow up and get back to you'. I have requested a full refund and not received any feedback. Has anyone else bought online from Mr Shopper?
