Mr Shopper

Why does Mr Shopper not have the possibility to change address? Literally minutes after placing an order, I realized the address was wrong and emailed Mr Shopper. Although the person who responded was kind enough to contact the courier, he refused to make any changes. How difficult is it to have the option BEFORE shipping the item to exchange it? This seems inconceivable to me.
