Mr Shopper can't keep their promises (Lies, lies all the times)

On the 25th of September 2020, 1. I placed the 1st order (#37946) of Empisal Overlocker machine with accessories and placed second order (#37947) with HP 650 Blk + Col Ink Bundle with 16GB USB and Sewing kit. I called and asked to combine the orders. They told me, it was not possible. I cancelled the two orders and placed another order (#37950) with the combined items. They promised to refund me the cancelled orders within 7 days. It was on the 25th of September 2020, and today it is the 16th of October 2020. 21 days gone, no refund yet. This is bad customer experience. 2. I placed this order (#37950) of 3 items on the 25th of September 2020: Empisal Overlocker machine, Empisal Sewing Kit and HP 650 Blk + Col Ink Bundle with 16GB USB. I was promised to receive my order on the 1st of October 2020. Come the 1st of October: Only the Empisal Overlocker and wrong HP package were delivered. The sewing kit and correct HP package were not delivered. I called the following day 2nd October, they promised to fix the mistake and I will receive the correct orders soon. I waited for a week and nothing was forthcoming, I called again and again, every time I was promised the order will be delivered, and on the 12th they promised the order will be on the 15th. Today is the 16th, no delivery no communications. I have called them numerous times, they keep telling lies. I am tired of calling them. This is a bad customer service. I will not encourage any person to order from Mr Shopper.
