Mr Shopper blatant ****

I have ordered a swimming pool on 04/01/2021, to be delivered 12/01/2021. Then the date was moved to 16/01/2021. Now nobody answers any of the 2 numbers and the live chat does not work. I would like to know when can I expect delivery or a full refund. I will take this to the Police.
