After two months, many phone calls and emails. Two Hello Peter posts I am still waiting on my refund. Last week received a **** Proof of payment. Queried the **** payment and got an excuse from the accounts department that they struggled to get the payment through and also was promised by Craig that they will deposit the money into my account later in the day. Called this morning again and received another excuse by Archie. I am so frustrated and to the point where I took this further with the NCC . How can they be allowed to trade as there is so many bad reviews and customers complaint about not receiving their products and refunds. I was promised again today that the accounts department will get back to me. It is no two hours later and no returned call.
