MR SHOPPER BIG ****!!!!!

I placed an order on the 25th of Dec for n x box one controller. It is now the 9th of February and still have not received anything. I send about 12 emails and phoned them about 10 x times and every time they make empty promises. They are so rude and have no customer service skills. I also requested for a refund but they completely ignore my emails and I was promised on Friday by a guy called Archie that he well make sure the accounts department schedule my refund on the same day. It is now Tuesday and I cant get hold of them and they still ignoring my emails. This is very sad as this was my 10 year old Son's Birthday money that he saved up to buy a controller. I am so shocked by this service. I believe they are a " online ****" and my Son now lost all his money. I cant believe that they are still allowed to trade online as they are *****ing peoples money. I am going to the Police today to lay a charge of theft. This is very disappointing and I hope no one every buy from them as there website is false and you cant believe anything they say.
