Poor service delivery Indeed upon reading the reviews I too have a strong feeling this is a **** considering having ordered many items online and receiving products within 2-3 days from other online platforms, On the website the online bots are not responsive "I will check and get back to you" still waiting, phone numbers on website tried calling waiting in que for over 5 minutes and call cancelled, email support no response placed order 45393 last year December for a PS4 upon following up the delivery dates surprisingly changed by the Admin and has now been extended by another 10 days I requested process for refund and physical address no reply I will never ever purchase any product from this company their strategy is advertising low prices to attract us however please be aware and don't use this company I have now resulted in taking the necessary steps to get my money back by laying ********** charges against them clearly you will not get any joy if you request a refund through their channels
